Hi - I logged into my account and I see my 2 Book Bundle purchase but it is still only showing the 3.1 update, not 4.0.

Everything seems to fine with the 3 book bundle. "Beginners" is 4.0. Downloaded and verified. The thumbnail for "APIs" and "Professionals" still shows 3.1 as expected.

Nope - for the 2 Book Bundle sure the thumbnail shows 3.1 for both (but also that could be updated of course) but when I go into the content page (logged in naturally) and either download the PDF, or look at it online I am *still* seeing the 3.1 book. The 4.0 book is *not* available. I have tried multiple times.

It is now fixed, the download is the 4.0 book (and I see the thumbnail image has also been updated).

I got an email about the update to my yahoo email, but Gumroad says that email doesn't have an account with them? jamesrmcmahon@yahoo.com

This web page exposes everyone's email address... that's not very good. For everyone's info I went to my account page last night and entered a user name and that is what is being shown.

Perfect, download was easy. Looking forward to the other 2 updates. Thanks Will.

Really loving both Django and William's style of writing and ability to walk the reader through an enjoyable process of building python projects - I bought all 3 of William's books (beginners, API's and Professionals ) as PDF on Gumroad and currently making my way through content now! One question I have however is that the lessons in the book make use of Heroku as a production deployment platform. This is no longer free (as of October 2022) - is there an update to the book planned that makes use of an alternative deployment platform? Is there another platform that you'd recommend for somebody starting out that is free to learn on ?

Thank you, Will! As a self-learner, your books have had an incredible impact on my learning; I wish I had found this resource sooner!

Hi Chris, Thank you for the kind words! It really does mean a lot to me. Can I ask how you found these resources eventually? What resources did you find before? How can I reach people like you sooner? -Will
